A Snapshot of Your Day
This role will mainly focus on DG (digital gird) products promotion under our GT (Grid Technology) business unit.  He/She will need to support including Taiwan, Korea and Japan DG market. Closely communication with DG Headquarter to transfer customers needs. 

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Work together with relevant stakeholders in project pre-requisition phase/feasibility study phase to influence customer towards Siemens Energy solutions.
  • Define Bid/Win Strategy together, including market situation, Customer's value orientation and preference, competition analysis, target price/efficiency, etc.
  • Establish the most suitable and competitive technical solution based on bid/win strategy, including but not limited to selecting the right type of equipment, scope of supply and optimized components; responsible for the technical clarification and negotiation with customer.
  • Coordinate with proposal team to prepare the tender document within customer requested time period.
  • Support Commercial negotiation. Handover contract to PM. Adjust where necessary to bring the project to a success
  • Establish and maintain the partnership with Design In statutes, distributor, EPC contractors, supporting them from technical side.
What You Bring
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience related to Sales and Tendering
  • Familiar with digital grid knowledge.
  • Fluent in English in writing /speaking/reading is a must
  • Experience in the Power Industry related field is a plus
  • Experience in the offshore wind energy is a plus 
About the Team
This is an individual contributor role, who will be closely work with our local sales team and sales team in Korea and Japan to explore, analyze business opportunity across APAC region.
