- Management, strategic development and resource planning of your international team of HVDC commissioning managers for worldwide activities
- Maintain availability and structure of Commissioning team, as required to deliver business project pipeline and ambitious business ramp-up strategy. Plan headcount and recruit staff. Secure temporary labor availability by working with external suppliers
- Responsibility, development, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives as part of commissioning activities
- Monitoring the performance of commissioning managers in terms of time, cost, and quality objectives of the projects
- Ensuring work systems, strengthening safety awareness and implementing our Zero Harm principles in collaboration with project management, site management and department management
- Encouraging and empowering your team members by exemplifying feedback culture and SE leadership principles
- Development and promotion of commissioning managers according to their strengths and development opportunities
- Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology or comparable training/qualification
- Professional experience in the field of commissioning or engineering of large-scale international projects
- Experience in leading and developing international teams
- Experience in the field of HVDC systems (control, regulation, measurement, protection and communication systems) is an advantage
- Proficient handling of resource planning, planning tools and processes
