A Snapshot of Your Day
You start your day on-site or remotely, supporting the commissioning of advanced Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems used in critical energy infrastructure. You configure and test automation systems, review control logic, and solve technical challenges to ensure systems run reliably. You work closely with engineering teams and customers, helping deliver safe and efficient plants. Throughout the day, you validate system performance and support handover activities. Your work directly contributes to successful project delivery worldwide.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Commission, test, and optimize Siemens Energy I&C systems, including automation processors, sensors, drives, and control systems
- Analyze system behavior, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance and reliability
- Execute interlock checks and validate control logic following safety and quality standards
- Support customer acceptance tests, system handovers, and operator training
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to improve commissioning processes and deliver solutions
What You Bring
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar (must-have)
- Experience working with industrial automation or control systems in energy or process industries (must-have)
- Knowledge of DCS, PLCs, control logic, instrumentation, or industrial communication protocols (nice-to-have)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in international environments (must-have)
- Professional English skills and willingness to travel and work abroad for extended periods (must-have)
