- Serving as the strategic interface between GS, GS C-level leadership, and the DPT Management team ensuring alignment on digital transformation priorities with a focus on PLM360 and S4E-Unify
- Being a thought partner and trusted advisor to the DPT Management team, helping keep the big picture in focus while managing details
- Prepare, moderate, and follow up on internal management meetings, strategic workshops, and steering committees, including documentation and reporting
- Gather and analyze critical information to steer business decisions and bring transparency to areas requiring management attention
- You lead and work on special tasks, projects and programs that are critical to drive our digital business transformation journey
- You support the execution and tracking of major digital transformation programs (i.e. PLM360, S4E-Unify) by ensuring seamless communication and coordination of cross-functional teams
- You have a university degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Proven experience in project or program management, ideally in digital transformation or large-scale digital implementations within a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prepare and visualize complex facts tailored to diverse audiences
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, that enable effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders across different hierarchy levels, organizational units and/or in different cultural environments
- Self-driven, structured, and motivated approach with an eye for detail and quality
- You have a resilient personality and share our understanding that fun at work and top performance in a challenging environment do not mutually exclude each other
- Busness-fluent in English; other languages are a plus
