A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Spare Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for developing Recommended Spare Parts Lists.  These technical documents aid in improving competitiveness in the Market to sustain and grow our Service Business

 How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Create “Recommended Spare Parts Lists” (RSLs) for New Unit and Service inventory purposes, scheduled maintenance and major overhauls along with Vital, Ideal, and Preventative (VIP) lists
  • Develop “Spare Parts Interchangeability Records” (SPIRs) proposals to create portfolio solutions for our internal and external clients
  • Prepare proposals and formal bids adhering to pricing guidelines and ensuring timely delivery to meet internal and external client expectations
  • Partner with Regional Parts Specialists, Product Specialists, Operations, or Engineering to generate OEM quality Spare Parts recommendations
  •  Drive client satisfaction through responsiveness and ease of doing business - resolve issues quickly and escalate if necessary

·         Perform other miscellaneous tasks to support the well-being of the STG Parts team.

 What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years’ experience in parts operations, cost accounting, or customer service.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills in the English language
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints to meet deadlines while being detail-oriented
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and bills of materials.

Annual Salary: $64,000 - $91,000
