Begin your day with a project revolutionizing high voltage switchgear design, crafting technical solutions, and analyzing risks.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) execution, ensuring smooth delivery of business value across multiple teams
  • Organize and drive key ART events, including PI Planning, ART Sync, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
  • Coordinate with Product Management, System Architects, and Business Owners to align roadmap, priorities, and delivery plans 
  • Track program progress, manage risks and dependencies, and proactively remove impediments to ensure on-time delivery 
  • Support backlog management and ensure alignment with business strategy and customer value
  • Drive continuous improvement using metrics, feedback, and Agile best practices
  • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams in SAFe and Agile ways of working 
  • Facilitate cross-team and cross-ART collaboration to optimize delivery performance
  • Promote Lean-Agile transformation and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; Master’s degree is preferred
  • Major in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines
  • Proven experience in Agile environments, preferably in a scaled Agile (SAFe) setup
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and program-level delivery
  • Hands-on experience facilitating Agile events (e.g., PI Planning, program sync) 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams
