A Snapshot of Your Day

Begin your day with a project revolutionizing high voltage switchgear design, crafting technical solutions, and analyzing risks.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate and facilitate the full PI Planning process to ensure alignment and collaboration across all teams.
  • Align ART vision, roadmap, and backlog with strategic priorities, and prepare leadership, teams, and logistics for PI Planning.
  • Host and facilitate the two-day PI Planning event, including agenda, reviews, risks, voting, and retrospective.
  • Track ART feature delivery progress via Kanban, remove impediments, and monitor commitment delivery.
  • Facilitate key ART events (Sync, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt), manage risks and dependencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through I&A workshops, metrics analysis, and improvement initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, POs, and other ART roles on SAFe practices.
  • Optimize value flow using Kanban and value stream mapping, and ensure compliance with SAFe principles.
  • Identify and reduce cross-team dependencies to support organizational and process improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; degree in engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent role; experience at enterprise / ART level is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and the SAFe framework; familiar with PI Planning, PI Objectives, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence Product Owners, RTEs, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in cross-team, cross-department, or cross-region collaboration; ability to handle information delays and cultural differences.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient with Jira / Azure DevOps / Confluence and able to build dashboards and interpret key metrics (e.g., predictability, PI completion, impediment resolution time).
  • Servant leadership mindset, high emotional intelligence, and strong change-driving capability.
