A Snapshot of Your Day
Begin your day with a project revolutionizing high voltage switchgear design, crafting technical solutions, and analyzing risks.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) execution, ensuring smooth delivery of business value across multiple teams
- Organize and drive key ART events, including PI Planning, ART Sync, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
- Coordinate with Product Management, System Architects, and Business Owners to align roadmap, priorities, and delivery plans
- Track program progress, manage risks and dependencies, and proactively remove impediments to ensure on-time delivery
- Support backlog management and ensure alignment with business strategy and customer value
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics, feedback, and Agile best practices
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams in SAFe and Agile ways of working
- Facilitate cross-team and cross-ART collaboration to optimize delivery performance
- Promote Lean-Agile transformation and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Master’s degree is preferred
- Major in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines
- Proven experience in Agile environments, preferably in a scaled Agile (SAFe) setup
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and program-level delivery
- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile events (e.g., PI Planning, program sync)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams
