• Technical and analytical skills: Strong understanding of quality control procedures and data analysis.
• Grid-asset knowledge: Deep knowledge of the quality standards, processes, and tools relevant to condition of high-voltage electric assets. 
• Organization and attention to detail: Strong organizational skills to manage various processes and meticulous attention to detail to track progress and identify issues. 
• Problem-solving: Ability to identify the root cause of quality issues and implement effective solutions. 
• Communication skills: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
