Define and monitor KPIs and improvement targets together with management and key functions

Identify, evaluate, coordinate, and ensure the implementation of strategic business improvement projects or programs

Lead and coordinate the quality team to align their activities with business quality goals

Facilitate collaboration and communication between the quality team and other functions to maintain consistent quality standards

Develop and implement a unified quality strategy that supports the goals of Grid Technologies BU

Analyze trends, share insights with leadership, and drive innovation and efficiency to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Completed degree with a technical background or equivalent qualification as a foundation for professional success
- Relevant professional experience in project and quality management, preferably including process consulting and modeling, with desirable project management certification or proven project management knowledge
- Solid knowledge of high-voltage products and familiarity with standard quality methods (e.g., Root Cause Analysis such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Fault Tree Analysis, and FMEA)
- Qualification as a trained and certified auditor for standards within an Integrated Management System
- Confident communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, for effective operation in an international environment
- Systematic working approach supported by strong analytical and organizational skills, combined with experience in consulting, coaching, facilitation, and presentation, and natural leadership in complex project environments as an independent quality expert
