- Leadership and coordination of quality management activities in customer projects during proposal and execution phases
- Independent implementation of quality management requirements and measures in alignment with project management standards (e.g., ISO 21500) involving customers, suppliers, and internal and external organizations, including adaptation to specific customer needs
- Definition of quality assurance measures (KPIs) and calculation of QM task packages for projects
- Creation, facilitation, and execution of quality assurance measures based on established QM methods (e.g., A3 report, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 8D)
- Responsibility for regular quality reporting and derivation of project phase-specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Support in the documentation of non-conformities and derivation of lessons learned
- Completed degree with a technical background or equivalent qualification as a foundation for professional success
- Relevant professional experience in project and quality management, preferably including process consulting and modeling, with desirable project management certification or proven project management knowledge
- Solid knowledge of high-voltage products and familiarity with standard quality methods (e.g., Root Cause Analysis such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Fault Tree Analysis, and FMEA)
- Qualification as a trained and certified auditor for standards within an Integrated Management System
- Confident communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, for effective operation in an international environment
- Systematic working approach supported by strong analytical and organizational skills, combined with experience in consulting, coaching, facilitation, and presentation, and natural leadership in complex project environments as an independent quality expert
