A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic team at Siemens Gamesa, where you will provide dedicated administrative support for the Major Projects (MPRO) function within the South Europe & Africa (SEA) Onshore Operations business. Imagine being at the forefront of wind power business industry, where your contributions will support to handle increasing administrative workloads and ensure smooth operational support for key business functions. You will concentrate on two primary areas: general administrative and team support, and assistance with project-specific operational tasks. This structure ensures that both day-to-day office management and the specific administrative needs of major projects are effectively covered. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Prepare, format, and distribute documents, presentations, and general correspondence for the team.
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems for project and team documentation.
- Assist with general office management tasks, including handling inquiries and processing administrative requests.
- Support the Major Projects team with data entry and maintenance of information in internal systems.
- Assist in the preparation of basic reports, dashboards, and summaries for project status updates.
What You Bring
- Planning and Organizing / Time Management
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Data Entry / SAP/SRP highly Valuable
- Written and Verbal Communication both in Spanish and English
- Teamwork / Adaptability / Proactive Learning
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or Vocational Education and Training, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, no prior professional experience is required as this is a student position focused on learning and development.

The team you´ll enrol gives administrative support to all major projects activities required for on-field services at Windfarms we maintain for customers along South Europe and Africa Region.
