A Snapshot of Your Day 

As an SAP S/4HANA Implementation Project Manager for Field Service, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams and partners to map current operations, identify improvement areas, and define requirements for future processes within the SAP S4HANA environment. You will coordinate a team of specialists to ensure seamless integration and execution of project deliverables. Managing project timelines, you will facilitate communication among team members across multiple workstreams, lead stand-up meetings to discuss ongoing tasks, address roadblocks, and ensure alignment among specialists.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Lead the SAP S/4HANA implementation project team for Field Service, fostering collaboration to align with business objectives and meet project milestones.
  • Collaborate with Field Service Operations personnel and Process Specialists to define future state processes for outage event management, time & expense management, tooling, order management, invoicing, and vendor management within SAP S4HANA.
  • Represent Field Service on the global SAP S4HANA project team to ensure seamless integration of North America Field Service processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Lead the Field Service SAP S4HANA project team in developing change management strategies and training content to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Drive Master Data Governance and standardization to support a comprehensive end-to-end structured data set for service operations.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the team and collaborators throughout the implementation process.

What You Bring 

  • 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in SAP S/4HANA implementations, with a high-level proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile preferred) and tools (e.g., Clarizen, Microsoft Office), to support project planning and reporting.
  • Familiarity with various ERP systems, data management, process mapping, and business analysis, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence change without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
