A Snapshot of Your Day
You will be the leader of the Process Automation Team focusing on improving, expanding, and operating the local applications.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Leading of a ~20 people group
- Coordination of local MES, PLM, and other system developments and operations
- Leading or participating in relevant projects
- Supervision and coordination of international projects
- Monitoring and development of team performance and competencies
- Surveying and implementing Industry 4.0 solutions
- Supporting and directing low coding developments
What You Bring
- Advanced technical degree (in electronics, automation, information technology)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent English language skills (German is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to unite a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Project management skills
