A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be the leader of the Process Automation Team focusing on improving, expanding, and operating the local applications.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·       Leading of a ~20 people group

·       Coordination of local MES, PLM, and other system developments and operations

·       Leading or participating in relevant projects

·       Supervision and coordination of international projects

·       Monitoring and development of team performance and competencies

·       Surveying and implementing Industry 4.0 solutions

·       Supporting and directing low coding developments

What You Bring 

·       Advanced technical degree (in electronics, automation, information technology)

·       Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience

·       Fluent English language skills (German is an advantage)

·       Strong leadership skills and the ability to unite a team

·       Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

·       Project management skills
