A Snapshot of Your Day
This role is supporting Site Manager for the required planning activities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop, review, and maintain schedules for planned outages, ensuring alignment with operational needs and timelines.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to identify tasks required during outages. Monitor scheduled tasks against actual progress during outages.
- Identify and document variances between planned and actual activities, ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.
- Monitor database with accurate and timely information regarding completed, ongoing, and deferred tasks.
- Maintain records of scheduled vs. actual performance to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Generate and update visual dashboards, charts to reflect outage progress, task completion status, and any deviations.
- Provide real-time updates to stakeholders using visualization tools (e.g., Excel, MS Project, or other software). Facilitate coordination between teams involved in outage planning and execution to address any delays or issues.
- Analyze data from past outages to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in planning and execution.
- Recommend process enhancements to optimize outage planning and scheduling.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination role
- Proficiency in planning tools/software (e.g., ERP, SAP, MS Project, or Excel)
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
