A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine leading complex GIS export projects from order intake to final delivery, ensuring every commitment is met with precision and accountability. As an Order Project Manager, you take full ownership of project execution—balancing scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk. You coordinate cross‑functional teams across factory and site interfaces, acting as the central link between the Shanghai GIS factory and internal and external stakeholders. Through disciplined execution and clear communication, you drive on‑time delivery, financial performance, and high customer satisfaction across international projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You manage GIS (Gas‑Insulated Switchgear) export projects in accordance with defined Factory processes, framework guidelines, contract requirements, and customer expectations.
- You hold overall responsibility for project execution, covering scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality management.
- You organize and lead cross‑functional project teams and supporting resources to fulfill project requirements.
- You act as the main project interface between the SHVS factory and internal and external stakeholders, coordinating technical clarifications, order changes and claims, factory acceptance, and site acceptance activities.
- You are accountable for project performance, including on‑time delivery, revenue forecasting, profit improvement, payment and cashflow, and overall customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- You have proven experience working as a Project Manager; IPMA or PMP certification is preferred.
- You demonstrate solid knowledge of GIS products and experience in the high‑voltage transmission business.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory); a second foreign language is an advantage.
- You bring experience working in multinational companies; overseas working experience is a plus.
- You are willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required by the project.
