A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Order Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in managing spare parts orders that significantly impact our business operations.
Upon receiving a closed sales order, you will take charge of the internal ordering process, execution, and tracking of parts orders, ensuring that all contractual commitments are fulfilled. You will maintain close communication with key stakeholders, including factory, sales, finance, and logistics teams, to facilitate successful delivery. Your active participation is vital in ensuring the success of each order.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Proficiency in managing the end-to-end order process
- Closer communication with customers and factories related to the compression business.
- Actively participate in process optimization with stakeholders
- Administration of project-related parts orders.
- Contribute to improving delivery punctuality.
- Support the development and implementation of a digitization strategy and AI initiatives.
- Proactive management and timely problem solving.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, supply chain management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in project/order management, supply chain, logistics, or similar areas.
- Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, and project‑focused finance, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Solid computer skills, including intermediate/advanced Excel and desirable experience with Power BI.
- High proficiency in SAP (Sales, Procurement, and Material Management modules strongly preferred).
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
