How You’ll Make an Impact
- As a Mechanical Engineer for Core Engine, you will be involved in our delivery projects and collaborate closely with Core sub-project managers.
- You will be responsible for completing and reporting on assigned project activities. This includes the preparation of customer documentation relating to our systems, such as system descriptions, P&ID diagrams, and datasheets.
- You will interface with internal Siemens Energy systems.
- You will manage a variety of tasks that are tailored to meet customer requirements, contracts, and project deadlines.
- You will maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure high standards in your work.
- You will contribute actively to CTIs improvement initiatives.
- You will participate in and drive initiatives within the department's business development projects.
What You Bring
- A background in engineering, design, or gas turbine technology.
- A bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A meticulous, driven, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to your work.
- Flexibility and a strong goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
About the Team
Our department currently consists of 35 colleagues, including Engineers, Sub-project Managers and Chief Engineers. We have a strong collaborative culture and work closely to find innovative technical solutions based on customer needs. Teamwork and mutual support are at the heart of our culture and are key factors in our continued success.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
