役割について
A Snapshot of Your Day
You will start your day aligning with hiring managers on workforce needs, ensuring recruitment plans match production ramp-up schedules. Mid-morning, you may lead onboarding sessions for new technicians, ensuring safety and compliance training is complete. Afternoons are spent reviewing training matrices, closing skill gaps, and preparing reports linking learning investments to productivity gains. You end your day engaging stakeholders—HR, operations, and external providers—to secure workforce readiness.

- Accelerate new hire time-to-productivity, supporting business ramp-up and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards through structured onboarding and training
- Build scalable and standardized learning frameworks for shop floor and technical workforce
- Drive data-driven improvements in employee retention, competence, and performance
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR, training coordination, or workforce development, preferably in manufacturing environments
- Solid understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and competency management processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and scaling environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Chinese & English preferred)
- Experience with HR systems and training tracking tools

You will join a cross-functional Operations & Capability team within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Working closely with production, EHS, quality, and IT functions, the team ensures workforce readiness and capability development to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
