Grid Technologies

役割について
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary organization of approximately 70 employees, including laboratory management, operations, maintenance services, and prototype workshop teams
- Establish a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, customer orientation, and operational excellence
- Maintain laboratory accreditation according to DAkkS and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
- Define and execute the laboratory strategy aligned with Grid Technologies business objectives and develop future laboratory capabilities for next-generation products and technologies
- Drive continuous improvement of testing procedures, quality processes, and measurement systems, including the digitalization of processes and data for knowledge management
- Establish strong collaboration with other Development and Type Test Laboratories across Siemens Energy Grid Technologies
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline, or extensive professional experience in a relevant field
- At least three years of professional leadership experience, with a preference for candidates who also possess disciplinary leadership experience
- Strategic thinking with strong operational execution capabilities
- Proven experience in operational management and organizational development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
