役割について
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Tender Managers, fostering a high-performance culture while overseeing the end-to-end tender process for all FACTS projects to ensure quality, compliance, and competitiveness.
- Define and implement tendering strategies that align with business objectives and market trends, while coordinating cross-functional activities with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Commercial, and Sales teams.
- Ensure robust risk management, cost estimation, and contract negotiation practices across all tenders, maintaining adherence to company policies, governance, and ethical standards.
- Represent the department in executive management meetings, customer presentations, and strategic discussions, driving process improvements and knowledge sharing within the tendering organization.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and consortium partners, while monitoring market developments and competitor activities to inform tendering strategies.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages lessons learned and continuous improvement across the tendering process.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with longstanding experience in project, tender, or project management, and several years of experience in a leadership or departmental management role.
- Proven experience managing tenders or projects in EPC Turnkey Transmission Businesses within the Energy Sector, with a strong preference for FACTS experience.
- Demonstrated ability to report to and present before executive management, as well as to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams across country borders, with deep knowledge of project-related technical, commercial, and contractual management.
- Strong leadership qualities with a track record of developing high-performing teams, coupled with a proactive, self-starter approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with German language skills as a plus, and willingness to travel internationally.
