- Leadership, coaching, and development of a multicultural team of Technical Project Managers covering the full BV product lifecycle, with ensured high‑quality project execution within the Siemens R&D PM framework
- Cultivation of a high‑trust, high‑performance team culture based on psychological safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- End‑to‑end oversight of project planning, controlling, risk and opportunity management, and project closure for NPI, TI, SFI, Dual Source, and Technology projects
- Effective interfacing with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain Strategy, and Frame Program Management at engine level
- Representation of the BV PM team in Sourcing Boards, Intake Reviews, and cross‑functional governance forums, including active contribution to the continuous improvement of these processes and deputy responsibility for the BV PRM functional head
- Driving harmonization and improvement initiatives across the broader Turbine organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, with a Master’s degree as a preferred qualification
- At least longstanding years of professional experience in project or line management, ideally within the gas turbine or manufacturing industry, including full ownership of complex projects and strategic initiatives
- Proven capability in leading and developing global teams, characterized by empathy, clarity, accountability, and a strong commitment to individual and organizational growth
- Experience with Blades & Vanes or turbine hot gas path components, including related manufacturing processes such as casting, machining, and coating, considered a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, intercultural awareness, and presentation skills, with fluency in German and English; additional languages considered a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including the United States and domestically to Berlin, combined with legal authorization to work in Germany
