役割について
- Lead and strategically develop the Building Services department with a focus on mechanical and electrical services
- Plan resources, manage recruitment, and develop personnel for Mechanical and Electrical Services
- Ensure team availability and structure to deliver project pipelines and company objectives
- Develop and implement continuous improvement measures in building services
- Monitor team performance regarding time, cost, and quality targets
- Promote workplace safety and implement Zero Harm principles in collaboration with other departments.
- Foster an open feedback culture and support employee development based on strengths and potential
- Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology or comparable training/qualification
- Plan resources, manage recruitment, and develop personnel for Mechanical and Electrical Services
- Experience in leading and developing international teams
- Experience in the field of HVDC systems is an advantage
- Proficient handling of resource planning, planning tools and processes
- Ability to work in a team, precise work, a high degree of initiative and flexibility as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Business fluent in English (spoken and written) – knowledge of German desirable
