役割について
- Management and Steering of the GT PLM-SO Process: Oversee and optimize R&D budgets to maximize profitable growth and implement systems for monitoring the efficient execution of R&D projects
- Representation of PRM PLM-SO in PLM-Related Activities: Advocate for Solution Business’s interests in all PLM-related activities within Siemens Energy and externally, support Field of Action (FoA) initiatives as well as drive necessary process and system changes to improve lifecycle profitability and market introduction ramp-up
- Development of the PLM-SO Team: continuously transform the team into a high-performing organization by enhancing efficiency, diversity, and expertise, particularly in emerging technologies, while engaging with internal stakeholders (e.g. execution units, innovation teams) and external entities (e.g. standardization bodies, industrial associations)
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement in your area
- Internal and External Engagement and Collaboration: Participate in committees and international T&D communities, exchange best practices, and serve as a university liaison to foster collaborations and support innovative projects, all while supporting GT SO business in its growth journey
- Deep technical and economic expertise in the transmission solution industry, including customer requirements, project execution and portfolio knowledge (especially HVDC, Grid Access and FACTS)
- Proven ability to translate market requirements and business models into innovative portfolio elements
- Profound knowledge of PLM processes (agile and waterfall) for solution development
- R&D background with a strong preference for a PhD in a relevant field
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of leading large, global teams in a matrix organization
- Strong change management experience, with the ability to drive transformation and foster a high-performance culture
- Passion for innovation and developing competencies in emerging technology fields
