A Snapshot of Your Day

Each day, you serve as the primary contact for visitors and employees while supporting day-to-day facility operations. Your responsibilities include administrative coordination, office supply management, and assisting with safety and compliance requirements in a manufacturing environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact  

  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner; maintain visitor logs and issue badges per security protocols.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; manage voicemail and email inquiries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and catering as needed.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, place orders, and assist with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and janitorial services; monitor and report facility issues (HVAC, lighting, equipment).
  • Support safety, compliance, and audit activities; assist with additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring  

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance practices is a plus.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
