Join us as a Digitalization Analyst, where you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives for our Large Power Transformers factory in Charlotte, North Carolina, all while being based in Brazil. You will engage with cross-functional and international teams to analyze, optimize, and digitalize business processes, utilizing advanced digital tools to enhance efficiency and deliver value. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals who are eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic, innovative, and global environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop new solutions using the Mendix low-code platform.
• Execute preventive and evolutionary maintenance of existing solutions.
• Assist in the maintenance and administration of relational databases (MS SQL Server).
• Gather requirement specifications with stakeholders in the USA factory.
• Conduct unit testing, identify and correct bugs.
• Prepare technical documentation and related materials.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, document processes, and develop training materials.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Solid knowledge in interpreting basic programming algorithms.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming logic (Java, JavaScript, C#).
• Understanding of web development programming languages (HTML, CSS, JS, Node, React).
• Intermediate/advanced understanding of Low-Code platforms (Mendix).
• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
