A Snapshot of Your Day
Join Siemens Energy’s global Customer Credit Risk Intelligence (CCRI) team and kickstart your career in credit risk management! As a Credit Risk Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in customer credit assessments, financial analysis, risk reporting, and credit governance while collaborating with seasoned analysts and credit risk professionals. You will support global credit risk activities, learn how credit decisions are made, and contribute to initiatives that help Siemens Energy manage and mitigate customer credit risk worldwide.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support customer credit risk assessments and basic financial statement analysis.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing customer credit files and risk documentation.
  • Help monitor customer portfolios, rating movements, and risk indicators.
  • Contribute to the preparation of credit risk reports, dashboards, and portfolio analytics.
  • Participate in automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives within CCRI.
  • Learn Siemens Energy’s credit risk methodologies, governance framework, and best practices.

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in corporate credit risk, financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SQL, Python, or data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a global and dynamic environment.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages such as German, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, or French are an advantage.
