A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us in a dynamic role where you will take charge of exciting projects right from the start! After collaborating with the sales department and our customers, you will set up your own projects, focusing on both hardware and software aspects. Imagine building control cabinets from Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and programming until the machine is fully operational and handed over to the customer. Your day will be filled with opportunities to innovate and ensure that our turbo compressor trains run smoothly and efficiently.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Create PLC projects and program them according to engineering documents.
  • Commission control panels in the workshop, ensuring they meet all specifications.
  • Test project control system hardware and software to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Attend and conduct customer acceptance tests worldwide, ensuring satisfaction and compliance.
  • Verify and implement controls engineering project specifications, maintaining high standards.
  • Review client specifications for PLC, I/O, Cyber Security, and more to ensure alignment.
  • Create a comprehensive list of materials for PLC hardware and software.
  • Implement and review project documents such as Network Diagrams and Logic Diagrams.
  • Meet project timelines and budget constraints while supporting remote commissioning of compressor trains.
  • Assist in proposal engineering by creating customer offers and providing third-level support for troubleshooting.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Automation, Instrumentation, Controls, or Electrotechnical fields.
  • Strong knowledge of control theory and system descriptions.
  • Proficiency in software such as S7, TIA Portal, Win CC, PCS7, Comos, and Allen Bradley.
  • Experience in writing PLC programs and planning PLC projects effectively.
  • Ability to understand dimensional drawings of sloping switchgear, cabinet housing, and arrangement plans.
  • Experience in creating parts lists for control cabinet ordering.
  • Familiarity with circuit diagrams and connection diagrams for cabinets.
  • Knowledge of component descriptions and operating manuals for Simatic, Sitop, and others.
  • Basic understanding of CE certification, ATEX, and Functional Safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
