役割について
- Lead project management activities from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives while managing supply chain initiatives.
- Develop tail end strategies, e.g., selection of strategy based on defined component requirements (tool-box approach)
- Drive stakeholder engagement using proven methods such as stakeholder mapping, SM Matrix, and involvement strategies to build strong collaboration.
- Contribute to strategic planning and ensure goal-oriented execution across projects and initiatives, monitoring progress to achieve key milestones.
- Perform in-depth process analysis utilizing advanced business process modeling techniques and effective interviewing skills to identify optimization opportunities.
- Align new unit and service requirements with business models and SCM needs, including logistics and reaction time considerations.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with longstanding experience in project management and transformation initiatives in several industries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including stakeholder mapping and involvement strategies.
- Solid understanding of supply chain concepts, tools, and best practices, along with experience in strategic planning and execution with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in business process modelling techniques, process analysis methodologies, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and digital collaboration platforms.
- Deep understanding of AI, Data Analytics, Data Structures as well as SAP HANA, Alteryx, and Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration; willingness for international travel (~20%)
