A Snapshot of Your Day
The candidate will be accountable to develop and implement new business processes, enhance existing processes, support business to resolve process and SAP related issues in: Inquires, Quotes, Sales Orders, Outbound Deliveries, Service Orders, Invoicing, and related areas.
How You'll Make an Impact
• Implement and enhance business processes in SAP modules for Sales and Distribution (SD), Customer Service (CS), and Finance & Controlling (FICO), ensuring standardization across divisions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate enhancements and ensure seamless integration with other business areas.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate issues during testing and implementation, providing necessary data and functional descriptions for unresolved problems.
• Create desktop procedures and work instructions for SAP processes, and train business users to ensure proficiency in SD, CS, and FICO modules.
• Lead and participate in projects focused on inquiries, quotes, sales orders, outbound deliveries, service orders, and invoicing processes, while conducting detailed analysis of business requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business functions and the IT team, proactively proposing enhancements and providing tactical support for day-to-day SAP-related issues.
What you Bring
• Education: BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, required,
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP sales and distribution, customer service, and finance.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing SAP projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery. Any SAP certification in this area is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
