The Bid Manager at Siemens Energy Egypt Service Center (Ain Sokhna) will serve as a critical link between the sales and operations teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to deliver competitive and compelling bids. Manage bids from inquiry to contract award, collaborate with team to submit outstanding proposals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and handle the entire bid process from initial inquiry to submission, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of proposals.
• Develop and implement bid strategies that align with the company’s goals and client needs.
• Ensure all bids align with client requirements and company standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the sales and operations teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with various workshops and PCC to capture vital information and data for bid preparation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for repair scopes per product line.
• Ensure all bid-related information is accurately detailed and accessible to relevant collaborators.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in bid management/ sales or operations, preferably in a workshop environment.
• Strong understanding of bid processes, proposal development, and contract management.
• Ability to work optimally with cross-functional teams and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Knowledge of the repair and service industry.
• Experience with compressors and/or gas turbines is helpful but not mandatory.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
