役割について
A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the Dominican Republic, presenting technical and commercial proposals, conducting negotiations directly with clients, reviewing contracts, and performing other related activities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Identify, consolidate, and develop business opportunities in the area of power generation services and other Business Units.
- Develop, build, and maintain constant and close communication with clients to follow up on opportunities and requirements.
- Knowledge of the purchasing processes of government and private entities in the Dominican Republic.
- Meet the goals established by the Business Unit.
- Prepare offers in accordance with government and private's requirements.
- Develop and coordinate meetings to determine the strategy to follow for each business opportunity.
What You Bring
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, or in Gas Turbine Maintenance.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Gas Services products and services portfolio applicable to the Siemens Energy, Inc. fleet in the Dominican Republic and Strong knowledge of technical aspects related to GT, ST, and/or Gen.
- Advanced English, at a professional working proficiency level.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
- Soft Skills: Negotiation skills, listening carefully, communicating appropriately, flexibility and adaptability (empathy), and a focus on results.
