A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Regional Sales Manager for Marine segment, you’ll be guiding the Electrification Automation Digitalization (EAD) organization on overall sales strategy, stakeholder management and customer engagement within Korea market and coordinating with regional / global teams in the Marine Segment. This includes guiding Bid and Commercial team on developing and closing orders, liaising with internal and external parties within the Marine segment, and providing actionable insights to Marketing Technical and R&D teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will be acting as the focal person and expert on Korea Marine vertical, contributing to business development across all vessel sectors (commercial vessels, ferries, energy carriers, special vessels and Navy)
• Engagement with stakeholders – regulators, naval architects, shipyards, technology partners, owners/operators and service providers to offer best-in-class solutions and technology to customers
• Winning orders and customer satisfaction

What You Bring 

• In-depth understanding and experience on Marine in Korea and global awareness of the market
• Project execution experience is an advantage
• A self-driven personality and a winning mentality
