- Define technical and functional requirements for the Solid State Transformer in collaboration with Research and Development teams.
- Coordinate Research and Development initiatives in cooperation with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Management; organize and prioritize the item backlog.
- Transfer the prioritized overall backlog into the team backlog and align content, priorities, and implementation methods with the development team.
- Regularly collaborate with all interfaces to ensure that all relevant conditions, requirements, and changes are transparent and considered at all times.
- Manage all resources and partners relevant to meeting development targets in an international and cross-collaborative environment.
- Align and synchronize the team backlog with the cycles of other backlogs.
- University degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience (Technical Diploma or vocational training).
- Deep expertise in technologies relevant to power electronics, power electronic system design, and/or solid state transformer technologies.
- Strong ability to translate innovative technology concepts into tangible product ideas, balancing creativity with practical feasibility and market potential.
- Proven capability in managing and steering collaborations with internal R&D teams, external research partners, and industry stakeholders to accelerate innovation and knowledge transfer.
- Agile mindset – experience in leading agile teams, embracing change, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement with a focus on customer value.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; willingness to travel 30% worldwide
