- Lead the Industrial Engineering organization in the Medium Power Transformers Europe cluster at our plants in Dresden, Linz, and Trento.
- Define strategies, principles, investment plans, maintenance plans and guidelines for our plants and ensure their consistent implementation
- Make decisions on investment budget allocation within the Cluster and monitor the implementation
- Support the Lean organization by developing a robust process framework and continuous improvements
- Regularly communicate with senior management and employees about strategy and implementation to ensure alignment and transparency
- Identify training and mentoring needs, monitor the development of training programs, and support continuous professional development
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical/engineering field
- Extensive experience in industrial engineering or a similar leadership role, preferably within an engineer-to-order business
- Experience in the power transformers industry is a plus
- Strong expertise in Lean Management and project management, with proven implementation skills
- High analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams in an international environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in both German and English
