A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to guide our AI and engineering efforts. This role is a hybrid of a technical expert and a people leader, responsible for both hands-on development and team mentorship. You will lead a competent team of AI/ML engineers, DevOps specialists, and software developers, driving the technical direction and execution for all our AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will be a deeply technical individual who can inspire, guide, and empower the team to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead AI SW Development:

  • Lead the entire AI development lifecycle, from ideation and data preparation to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring the team's work is aligned with business goals and best practices.
  • Drive the team's technical strategy and roadmap for AI/ML projects.

Technical & Team Leadership:

  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-quality work.
  • Drive best practices in software development, DevOps, and MLOps to ensure efficient and reliable production pipelines.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help resolve complex technical challenges.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree or higher.
  • 3 or more years of proven experience as a senior engineer or team lead in a technical environment. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
  • Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML, with expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Deep proficiency in software development and programming languages such as Python.
  • Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset needed.

Flexibility to travel as needed, up to 30% (international travel included).
