  • Enable Agile Transformation & Delivery Excellence by defining success metrics, facilitating SCRUM ceremonies, coaching teams, and developing dashboards that provide visibility into delivery health, capacity, risks, and milestone readiness.
  • Provide Factory Expansion Leadership Support (Chief of Staff) by preparing executive-ready reporting, decision papers, SteerCo/30x30 materials, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional alignment on priority topics.
  • Own Program Communications, OKRs & Capability Development by managing stakeholder engagement, communication plans, OKR tracking, capability assessments, training recommendations, and progress reporting across the Factory Expansion program.

What you bring

  • Education & Background: Technical, commercial, construction management, or strategy-related degree with a strong understanding of large-scale project delivery and organizational transformation.
  • Construction Project Management Expertise: 8+ years of experience managing complex product management projects, preferably within industrial or construction environments, with responsibility across multiple workstreams and matrix organizations.
