- Establish a holistic obsolescence management framework for HVDC / FACTS / BESS solutions and continuously develop the overarching obsolescence strategy and internal processes.
- Anchor obsolescence management across all relevant areas of the Solutions organization, particularly in Purchasing, Sales, Tender Management, Engineering, Project Management, and R&D.
- Define and take ownership of clear roles, interfaces, and governance structures to ensure effective obsolescence management across the organization.
- Drive the further development of existing internal obsolescence processes and take responsibility for their consistent application in tenders and customer projects.
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
- Several years of professional experience in project business with complex, customer-specific solutions and long product lifecycles, ideally in the energy, HVDC, FACTS or BESS environment.
- Strong expertise in project leadership as well as project and stakeholder management, including the confident coordination of cross-functional topics between Purchasing, Sales, Tender Management, Engineering, and R&D.
- Experience in obsolescence management, lifecycle management, supply chain management, risk management, or comparable functions.
- Strong understanding of processes and governance, as well as experience in building, further developing, and applying processes in complex organizational environments.
- Well-developed change-management capabilities, assertiveness, high level of ownership, and confident interaction with internal stakeholders across different hierarchy levels.
