A Snapshot of Your Day 

Join us in shaping the future of Power Generation Service management! In this dynamic role, you will lead a dedicated team of around 15 employees, driving the development of a service-focused global order management organization. You will implement strategic global footprint decisions while identifying best practices to foster process harmonization across functions. Your expertise will be crucial in driving digitalization and automation in order management, purchasing supply, and shipping processes. Imagine the impact you will have as you support innovation, growth, and cost savings across functional groups!


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Co-development of a service-focused global order management organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leadership and motivation of a team of around 15 employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Implementation of global footprint decisions for project order management functions, enhancing operational effectiveness.
  • Driving of digitalization and automation initiatives to streamline order management, purchasing supply, and shipping processes.
  • Identification and standardization of operational KPIs, generating transparency on current load and resources across order management.

What You Bring
  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in leading facets of Power Generation Service management, with knowledge in budget, repairs, production, and project management.
  • Advanced experience in driving transformation and culture change in challenging environments, complemented by an agile mindset.
  • Professional background in project management and cost center management activities, along with experience in ERP systems (SAP R3 SD/PD2-Module, Kanlog).
  • Fluency in German and professional English language skills, enabling effective communication in an intercultural environment.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
