About the Role
- Co-development of a service-focused global order management organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leadership and motivation of a team of around 15 employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Implementation of global footprint decisions for project order management functions, enhancing operational effectiveness.
- Driving of digitalization and automation initiatives to streamline order management, purchasing supply, and shipping processes.
- Identification and standardization of operational KPIs, generating transparency on current load and resources across order management.
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in leading facets of Power Generation Service management, with knowledge in budget, repairs, production, and project management.
- Advanced experience in driving transformation and culture change in challenging environments, complemented by an agile mindset.
- Professional background in project management and cost center management activities, along with experience in ERP systems (SAP R3 SD/PD2-Module, Kanlog).
- Fluency in German and professional English language skills, enabling effective communication in an intercultural environment.
