You are a digital operations expert who turns complexity into clarity. As our Digital Operations Tools and Automation Lead (f/m/d), you will own and optimize the digital tools, workflow automation, and process architecture that power project execution across our Grid Solutions business. You’ll ensure our digital infrastructure can scale, integrate efficiently, and meet business requirements, allowing teams to complete projects effectively.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Leading the development and improvement of our digital tool landscape to ensure operational relevance, user-friendliness, and scalability
  • Establishment of unified digital processes and templates to promote transparency, consistency, and efficiency in daily operations
  • Driving the identification and implementation of workflow automations to reduce manual effort and increase focus on high-value activities
  • Ensuring seamless system and data integration in collaboration with IT and data teams to avoid information silos
  • Close collaboration with business units and IT for needs assessment, solution development, and change management support

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience
  • Extensive experience in running digital tools and driving process improvements in project-driven or industrial environments
  • Significant experience in handling complex and large-scale projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget
  • Strategic attitude combined with hands-on problem-solving skills for both immediate issue resolution and long-term optimization
  • Confirmed digital expertise in tool implementation, process design, and system integration projects and willingness to travel globally
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, working with collaborators to simplify technical topics and lead cross-functional collaboration
