About the Role
- Leading the development and improvement of our digital tool landscape to ensure operational relevance, user-friendliness, and scalability
- Establishment of unified digital processes and templates to promote transparency, consistency, and efficiency in daily operations
- Driving the identification and implementation of workflow automations to reduce manual effort and increase focus on high-value activities
- Ensuring seamless system and data integration in collaboration with IT and data teams to avoid information silos
- Close collaboration with business units and IT for needs assessment, solution development, and change management support
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive experience in running digital tools and driving process improvements in project-driven or industrial environments
- Significant experience in handling complex and large-scale projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Strategic attitude combined with hands-on problem-solving skills for both immediate issue resolution and long-term optimization
- Confirmed digital expertise in tool implementation, process design, and system integration projects and willingness to travel globally
- Strong communication skills in English and German, working with collaborators to simplify technical topics and lead cross-functional collaboration
