You will act as the primary sales representative for Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies portfolio, engaging with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your day includes promoting products and services, providing pre-sales technical support, and collaborating with factories and internal teams to ensure operational excellence. You will prepare business plans, monitor market trends, and identify new opportunities to drive growth. Achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships will be at the core of your role.

How You’ll Make an Impact

•  Serve as a trusted sales representative for the assigned Transmission product portfolio
• Promotes Grid Technologies products, solutions and services.
• Provides pre-sales technical support, ensuring customers receive the right solutions for operational excellence.
• Conducts business planning and reporting activities
• Achieves sales targets within the assigned product range or areas.

What You Bring 

• Industry Expertise: 5+ years in electrical or related industrial sectors
• Language Skills: Native Korean, Fluent in English
• Sales Capability: Proven track record in opportunity identification, customer relationship building, and delivering results
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, reliable, proactive, with strong ownership
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across functions and cultures in a multinational environment
