- Develop, refactor, and optimize control system source code (C/C++) using clean‑code principles for improved maintainability and performance.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD environments (e.g., GitLab, Docker) to automate compilation, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Define, implement, and maintain unit tests to ensure software modules meet reliability and quality standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and maintain clear technical documentation, procedures, and manuals.
- Analyze operational data from G2D3 and G4 platforms to perform root‑cause assessments of fleet‑wide control issues.
- Investigate complex anomalies, alarms, and performance deviations reported from the field.
- Validate deliverables and support commissioning of control software and hardware components.
- Collaborate with platform teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and provide knowledge transfer or training when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Control Systems, Computer Science Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands‑on experience in control system software development (C/C++), data analysis (MATLAB, Python), and working with CI/CD environments.
- Typically 5–8 years of experience in wind turbine control systems, industrial automation, or embedded software development.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and diagnose system behavior.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, engineering design processes, quality investigations, and commissioning workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, influence stakeholders, and contribute to an engineering culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
