Every day, you’ll balance technical precision with commercial responsibility – making decisions that support safe, reliable, and efficient energy delivery. Whether managing Dress & Test (D&T) jobs or warranty work, your leadership will keep projects on track while opening new opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding market.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or similar technical discipline preferred; Associate’s degree with transformer industry experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years’ experience in electrical installation or construction management, preferably with projects over $1 million in the transformer industry.

  • Experience in subcontractor management, risk management, project communications, commercial reporting, and closure processes.
