A Snapshot of Your Day

Initiating, coordinating, monitoring of activities, materials and tools that are required for the execution of service project in The Netherlands and abroad.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Participate in project teams.
  • Coordinating of engineering activities for the execution of service projects. Compiling and checking of working documents that are vital for the execution of the service projects.
  • Requesting quotes and ordering tools.
  • Preparing the vital materials, tools, test equipment. Instructing and training (hired) employees. (Mentorship)
  • Archiving relevant documents.
  • (Technical) support to Sales and Project Managers.
  • Complete warehouse in and outtake. (Warehouse management).
  • Implement goods receipt and (quality) check of delivered materials. (loading and unloading of trucks).
  • Compiling "Bill of Materials" (translating sales order into technical bills of materials).
  • Performing and/or supervising calibration activities for tools and/or test equipment.

What You Bring

  • The general level of knowledge is required at technical intermediate level.
  • Specific knowledge of, for example, mechanical engineering, energy technology, electrical engineering, production technology is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch language in word and writing. Quality assurance, environmental legislation and safety rules. Reporting and management techniques. Product knowledge (eg: switchgear) and product guidelines.
  • "Hands on" mentality. Practical work in the workshop and warehouse interspersed with desk work.
  • Supervision of the accurate execution of service projects and repair jobs.
  • Participant of project teams in case of large/sophisticated (high voltage) projects.
  • Coordinator between customer and supplier with regard to engineering activities.
  • Reports on work carried out to internal and/or external parties
