As Omnivise Digital Portfolio - Service Business Development & Execution Manager you will help shape the future of our customers. The role impacts our market and execution approach and helps you to strengthen your profile by working end2end from harmonization of the current offerings, the creation of new offerings, the roll out and fleet penetration improvement and the actual implementation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Your new area of responsibility – challenging and future-oriented

       You will be responsible for the development of the Omnivise service business incl. harmonization, extension of offerings and customer benefits and support of the bid processes. The role will have strategic, execution-, business development and sales related aspects. You will be reporting to the head of the digital execution team.

       Together with the execution team, you will streamline the execution approach and realize synergy potentials with the overall CD organization.

       In collaboration with product management and execution, you will identify and realize further offerings to customers based on their needs and benefits. This includes collaboration with sales to ensure an aligned roll out.

       For the existing and new service contracts, you are a permanent contact person for the external customer with the aim of deepening customer loyalty and generating additional business in service. In this context, you will be collecting needs and possibility to further extend our service footprint.

       You manage service assignments for e.g. revisions and troubleshooting (digital scopes)

       You help customers understanding the features and technology and ensure a communication on the benefits the solutions bring

       You develop and implement performance metrics to measure the success and impact of service initiatives.

       You lead training and development programs for internal teams to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.

What You Bring

Your qualifications – well-founded and adequate

 

  •     You have successfully completed a university degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, information technology or comparable.
  •         You have relevant / several years of professional experience in the power plant business, e.g. in sales, project management, engineering, strategy, business development.
  •         You understand the customers business models and how Siemens Energy can influence this, and you are experienced in creating customer value and you can prove this on the basis of your assignments.
  •      You are experienced in project management of small projects or are interested in developing further in the direction of project management.
  •          You have strong analytical skills and the ability to drive solution processes.
  •     You have strong communication skills and have fun in the collaboration with a variety of stakeholders.
  •    You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  •        You are fluent in English (German is appriciaeted)
  •        You have willingness to travel (20%)

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
