- Strategic and operational leadership of EHS activities for Service Operations (~1,000 colleagues in 70+ countries), including alignment with regional and global EHS structures
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive Health and Safety Strategy, including action planning, follow-up, and integration of Human & Operational Performance (HOP) principles
- Functional coordination of internal and contracted Health and Safety Experts supporting On-Site Field Service, and representation of EHS topics in customer, supplier, and project interactions
- Establishment of consistent health and safety reporting and review processes, including site walks, positive observations, near-miss documentation, and project-specific planning transparency
- Initiation of targeted campaigns and special activities at incident hotspots and on ‘Zero Harm Day’ using various communication channels
- Support in ensuring compliance with legal OSH requirements, including execution of OSH audits and continuous improvement through Lessons Learned
- Open-minded approach combining hands-on experience with critical thinking
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safet is essential
- Expert-level experience managing Health and Safety in large organizations or major projects
- Several years of experience in Heavy Industry, Chemical Industry, or similar sectors
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), basic German; Spanish or French is a plus
- Teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills with ability to engage across all levels
