A Snapshot of Your Day

Your day starts with a short stand-up during a cup of coffee, setting a positive tone for the day. You can exchange with the team on current challenges and share latest achievements. Next, you kick off by a virtual meeting with a bid project team to discuss the grid access strategy of a new hydrogen production plant, offering your insights and recommendations. Lunchtime is a chance to catch up with colleagues, either in the cafeteria or via a virtual lunch chat. In the afternoon you support an internal R&D project by collaborating with colleagues to develop grid access strategies for a next-gen electrolyzer product. Brainstorming sessions are lively, with everyone pitching in their ideas. Additionally, your afternoon involves exchanging with grid operators on future grid codes. A conference call with various reps allows you to discuss the evolving landscape of grid compatibility of electrolyzers. Before you leave, you prepare for a committee meeting next day to represent Siemens Energy in discussion with several representatives from politics, research, industry and TSOs. You will share your expertise, making sure Siemens Energy's views are well-represented. For that, you are working in close collaboration with other units in the company. Being an expert in grid connection for hydrogen production plants means embracing a role filled with collaboration, innovation, and a shared vision for a sustainable future.
