- Consultation of internal and external stakeholders on grid code requirements and conformity of electrolyzers
- Shaping the electrolyzer grid code conformity process for large plants
- Supporting projects regarding grid access strategy along the full project lifecycle (from bid to decommissioning)
- Driving the development of electrolyzers for future grids
- Exchanging with relevant regulatory bodies, certification bodies and grid operators on future requirements
- Representing Siemens Energy in relevant committees
- Taking part in conferences and trade fairs
- Master’s degree or PhD in electrical engineering, with strong focus on electrical power engineering, power electronics, grid simulation or system/control stability
- Several years experience in grid conformity process for renewables or similar
- Experience in the development of EMT and/or RMS simulation models in PSCAD, DIgSILENT Power Factory or Matlab Simulink is a plus
- Background in electrolysis applications preferred as well as highly self-organized and reliable with a solution-driven approach
- Exceptional communication skills and ready to represent the group internally and externally with good negotiation skills
- Good team player in a multi-disciplinary international environment
- Ready to negotiate in German and English
- Ready to travel internationally
